For Nationwide customers we ship you all the equipment, detailed instructions and provide you with a tech support line(626-820-8811). All the rental hidden camera packages are zero installation, just plug and play. Each of our hidden cameras shown on the website is available for rental.
Each of the SD CARD series of hidden cameras includes a 2 GB SD card. You DO NOT need a card reader on your computer in order to view your recordings. You may either plug it into your computer with the supplied cable, or you may take the SD card out of the camera and plug it into the card reader (included in the package) slot on your computer to download your video. Then return everything back to us. You can keep the SD card for an extra charge of $20.00, or return it to us at no extra charges.
* The rental fee is $100.00 for a minimum 5 Calendar day rental. Minimum Rental Period is 5 calendar days. For example, if you want to rent our hidden camera for 7 calendar days, the rental fee itself will cost $200.00.
* The first rental day starts on the day after the product is received by the purchaser. (Verifiable thru UPS signature confirmation)
* The rental period ends on the day before the date the purchaser begins shipment of the product back to us. (Verifiable thru UPS CALL-TAG returning system tracking number)
* A $50.00 dollar rental fee will be charged for each additional day product is held beyond initial rental period. (24 hour advanced notice is required for rental extension at the $100.00 for 5 days charge. (For rental extension please call 626-820-8811)
* A security deposit is required which covers the full price of the equipment (which is based on the listed Retail value.) This is adjusted after the equipment is returned. Rental fees will be deducted from this deposit and the balance refunded when equipment is returned in its original working order. (minus the costs associated with repairing any damages)
* Terms and conditions apply: Minimum Rental Period is 5 calendar days. In the event equipment is returned prior to the 5 day. Commitment customer is to pay for full 5 days period. This applies to all verbal or written agreements given to ESPYMALL.COM
* Violation of any of the stated terms and conditions will result in a charge for the full retail price of the equipment.
* Alternate Rental Periods are available at terms and prices agreed to by us. Early rental returns will be treated as if the equipment were held for the entire rental period originally requested.
Shipping
* The Client only pays for delivery shipping fee, but the shipping time is not included when calculating the rental period. We will pay the return shipping fee and schedule a UPS CALL-TAG drop (thru the UPS RETURING SERVICES) via UPS Ground inside the US.
When rental fees exceed the retail price of the item:
(1) You may either purchase the item and pay the amount in excess of the retail price
or
(2) Simply pay the rental fees if you do not want to purchase the item.
* However, under no circumstances will customers simply accumulate rental fees that exceed the retail price of the item while still retaining the option to purchase the item with the intention of avoiding the rental fees over and above the retail price of the item. We retain the right to charge said customer's credit card for the amount necessary to recover all rental fees at any time after which the rental fees exceed the retail price of the item. Notice may or may not be given prior to fee recovery.
* Clients must contact us within 24 hrs. of receiving equipment if assistance is needed to set-up or operate equipment. Failure to do so will result in our inability to issue a credit or refund.
* Cancellations: We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations.
* Backorders: All backorders will be shipped regular ground unless the customer prepays in advance.
Call Tag
Designed for merchants who want to provide their customers with premium customer care, UPS Call Tag Service provides shipping and prompt return of a package previously delivered by UPS within the 48 contiguous states. When a business issues a Call Tag, UPS picks up the return package at the UPS store and returns it to the business via UPS Ground.
You will be renting the camera AND the packing materials...
* If you return the camera to us AND WE HAVE IT IN OUR POSSESSION IN PERFECT CONDITION and WITH ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS within 7 days--that's the 5 day period AND 2 EXTRA DAY'S GRACE PERIOD
* If the packing materials are damaged or are not returned to us, we will keep an additional $11.95 per camera to offset the cost of replacing those packing materials.
