Shipping Policy:

UPS and USPS is our shipping carriers. Most orders will be shipped the same day as long as they’re received before 11AM PST. Shipping time, methods and costs vary depending on your location and the weight of the product, however shipping cost can be calculated on our website checkout page automatically if you add the product to the shopping cart. For some custom made and special order items, it may take more one business days to be shipped, and buyer can check the real time order status by logging into their online account and receive e-mail notifications on the order. No orders will be processed and shipped during weekends and national holidays.

Return Policy

All our surveillance and security camera products are special ordered by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line, surveillance and camera items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective.

Return of all other products must be authorized. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Security & Spy Direct. Return product via UPS or U.S. mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. (Please note, we cannot refund shipping fees). No returns will be authorized after thirty (30) business days of receipt, unless defective. Discontinued item may not be returned. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Thirty (30) days money back guarantee (if the product has not been opened, we can accept return within thirty days). After thirty (30) days from the invoice date, we do not accept any return or issue any refund on return.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Orders that received any 'Free Shipping' offer that are subsequently returned for refund will have the original shipping charge deducted from your refund.  (Unless the product is defective, you will then be issued a return label from our sales staff.)

Obtaining an RMA Number

To initiate the return process, send an email request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you'll need before sending back your product. To speed up the process, please have the following information on hand when calling to request an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days only.

We guarantee all Security & Spy Direct products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse,or alteration.
